The Property

The sitting room offers a welcoming space to relax and unwind of an evening, catching up on your favourite shows, with the option of lighting a fire to keep you warm during those chilly winter months.

The kitchen has seating for four and makes for a wonderful social space to dine together as a family or catch up on the day's events and has been amply equipped with all the appliances you could need for a relaxing holiday break. (NB The property will sleep 6 but only has a table indoors for 4).

Upstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms; one king-size and one family room with a king-size and two single beds - so no matter your group type, there is something to suit you. Some of the floors are uneven!

The family bathroom has a bath and shower over, so you can decide how best to prepare for your day.

To the rear of the cottage is a large lawned garden, with pathways for exploring the grounds, and a convenient patio area with furniture to sit out and enjoy the wonderful countryside views with a refreshing beverage. Two non-overlooked patio areas and orchard immediately flanking the cottage that are reserved for Ty'r Pwll, whilst the remainder of the 2½ acre garden and driveway is shared with the owners, whose property lies adjacent to the cottage. The owners encourage you to enjoy the space.

Check in from 4pm and check out by 10am.

Please note: 

  • The property has a very old and narrow staircase with narrow and uneven treads and would not be suitable for people with difficulty climbing stairs. The floors on the upstairs landing and family room are also uneven and care is needed in the stairwell particularly with young children.
  • Due to the nature of the track that approaches the property, commercial vehicles cannot access it and are not permitted unless by prior discussion with the owner.
